The Clear House on 8th street provides sober, affordable housing in northeast Washington, DC. The house is conveniently located 0.5 miles from the Fort Totten Metro Station, with access to the Red, Green, and Yellow metro lines. The fully-furnished 3 bedroom house has a semi-finished basement, 2 full bathrooms, and spacious living and dining areas -- sufficient, comfortable space for 6 men.

Each bedroom (2 single rooms and 2 double rooms) has its own television, and the living fees include cable and internet conections. There is a washer and dryer for licensees to use, and a XBox One in the living room.
