CRC houses are not officially tied to a 12-step program, yet require attendance at 12-step meetings. Depending on the individuals length of sobriety, the individual is required to attend a certain number of 12-step meetings a week, and have an attendance slip signed by the meeting's secretary.

In addition, each CRC house holds a weekly house meeting during which weekly house business and pertinent house issues are discussed.
